Our Team

Chris Conlin
Managing Partner

For the past decade, Chris has worked with Scrum and Kanban teams in a number of roles, including Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Team Leader. Through his skills as a trainer and expert facilitator, he helps individuals and organizations see where they are at, then use all of the tools available to help get them to where they want to be.

Mark has been helping people find what drives them since he first entered the workforce. With a background in technology and education, he brings a blend of coaching and facilitation techniques to help people achieve awesomeness.
